PROJECT INFORMATION

Terms & independent provider disclosure

SoCal BuildSource is a Homeowner Alliance project-planning and independent contractor referral platform. The guide does not perform restoration, construction, inspection, insurance adjusting or engineering services.

Content helps organize a discussion; it is not an estimate, diagnosis, coverage determination or guarantee of contractor availability. Independent contractors are responsible for their services, qualifications, contracts and work.

Project photographs depict construction and restoration activities; they are not a claim that this referral platform performed the work. Provider credentials, insurance and project suitability must be checked before contracting.
