FREE PROJECT PLANNING
Know what to ask.
Know where to start.
A free commercial project brief for construction, environmental services and recovery.
BEFORE YOU START
Bring the facts a provider needs.
A useful project brief separates confirmed site conditions from decisions that still need professional review. Gather the details you know; do not include confidential plans, access codes or personal information.
Define the work
Describe the facility, intended work and approximate quantities. Note occupancy, operating hours and whether the project is construction, remediation, recovery or a trade package.
Document constraints
List drawings, surveys or assessments already available, plus access limits, shutdown windows, environmental concerns and the proposal deadline. Providers must verify conditions themselves.
Clarify procurement
State the current stage, desired timing and planning budget. Identify who approves the scope and whether proposals need alternates, exclusions, insurance documents or a defined change process.
Homeowner Alliance reviews the request for fit and may share it with suitable independent providers only with your consent. Submission does not guarantee provider availability, a quote or an appointment.
